Yes! Patch tests are mandatory for all new clients, and for regular clients, they are required every 6 months. Tests must be done at least 24 hours prior to treatments like HD Brows, Brow Lamination, Lash Lift, and more. Please ensure you book your patch test before your appointment to ensure a safe and effective service.

You can can cancel or reschedule your appiontment free of charge up to 24 hours before your appiontment.
If you need to cancel of rescheduel within 24 hours, thats absolutly fine, but a fee of 50% of your treatment price will apply.
if you do not show up to your appionment you will be chaged 100% of your treatment price.
